We are offering a 6-week mentoring program called "Influencer by DNA" aimed at empowering crypto enthusiasts and web3 founders to become thought leaders in the blockchain space.
The program focuses on personal branding, social marketing, and content generation for next-generation Web3 organizations and blockchain startups.
Participants will have access to blended learning concepts, curated study guides, and weekly Zoom sessions aimed at building their following and deepening their knowledge.

Becoming a crypto influencer made easy
The "Influencer by DNA" program aims to empower ambitious crypto entrepreneurs and enthusiasts to become influential people in the crypto space by providing them with the right tools and growth hacks to build a following and become a relevant voice in the blockchain space.
Build a personal brand after 6 weeks
Participants will be coached over a six-week program to become influencers and thought leaders in the blockchain space, with the key principles being self-learning, sharing, and execution. Successful completion of the program will improve participants' credibility, provide them with necessary social media skills and growth hacks, and equip them with a thriving network.

Become Influencer and Thought Leader Cohort Curriculum
Week 1
Kick-off and principles of outreach - The kick-off session will begin with a welcome address, followed by an overview of the learning journey. Participants will have the opportunity to get to know each other, as well as learn about outreach and various communication channels. They will discover how one content piece can have endless touch points and the compounding effect of followers. The session will also cover LinkedIn best practices, including types of posts such as sharing others' content or writing their own articles. Finally, participants will receive an assignment for the following week.
Week 2
Drafting an article and creating content - During this session, the participants will learn how to create compelling content on LinkedIn, with a focus on efficient article writing. They will also get to hear from their peers about best practices for increasing LinkedIn reach. The session will cover the importance of content and creativity, the different types of articles and content that can be created, and the benefits of mentioning third parties. An assignment will be given for the following week.
Week 3
Building a portfolio of channels, setting priorities, optimizing overall outreach - In this session, participants will learn to build a portfolio of channels, set priorities and optimize their overall outreach. The session will begin with the best participants presenting their best practices for generating content and/or writing an article. The topics covered will include managing daily workload and building reach efficiently, comparing newsletters and podcasts, LinkedIn vs. Twitter, and using Whatsapp and Slack for close stakeholders. The session will also cover leveraging other communities, maintaining multiple channels, and best practices for Twitter. Participants will be given an assignment for the following week.
Week 4
Advanced types of content: Eventbrite events, podcast episodes - During this week's session, participants will learn about advanced types of content, including Eventbrite events and podcast episodes. The best participants will present for 3 minutes on their best practices for maintaining multiple distribution channels. Topics covered will include lead generation through Eventbrite events, integration with HubSpot's sequences, setting up podcasts efficiently, recording videos through Zoom, uploading to YouTube, and involving other experts to expand reach. Participants will be given an assignment for the following week.
Week 5
Your business model as a creator - During this session, participants will learn about designing a business model as a content creator, including potential revenue streams and using their network to scale. The best participants will present their best practices for generating and posting audio/video content, followed by a discussion on designing marketing plans for networking and sales. An assignment will be given for the next week.
Week 6
Vision, profile and why you should do it - During this session, participants will learn about the importance of personal branding and its impact on reaching various stakeholder groups. They will discover how influencers and CEOs are constantly reaching out to their audience, and learn how to create a precise profile that maximizes their advertising space. Participants will also learn how to optimize their profile pages and Google Docs CVs, and the importance of their personal brand in growing their reach. The best participants will present their personal brand plan, and there will be an assignment for the next week.
